Orders are prepared with care and shipped as soon as possible after they are placed, typically within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays). Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
We ship within Canada via Canada Post, Purolator, ICS Courier, or Canpar. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and external factors beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided when available so you can follow its journey.

We ship internationally from Canada.

Canadian orders
Applicable GST/HST is charged according to provincial regulations.

United States orders
Orders shipped to the U.S. are generally delivered duty-free for purchases under the U.S. customs de minimis threshold (currently USD $800). In most cases, no additional duties or taxes are charged upon delivery.
Customs regulations vary by country and are determined by local authorities. If any duties, taxes, or customs fees are assessed by the destination country, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays, fees, or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
