Online Purchases – Returns & Exchanges

We encourage you to inspect your order within 48 hours of receiving it. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us at info@anandasoul.ca.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will be happy to review your request and offer a replacement or suitable solution when appropriate.

We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet these conditions.
