Monthly Yoga Classes

Yin Yoga is a slower paced, meditative practice where poses are typically held for longer periods of time (3-5 minutes each). The purpose of the longer pose time is to go beyond the muscles and allow release of the connective tissues. A Yin practice is floor based and allows one to slow down, relax and turn inward. Props and modifications may be provided as needed.

Gentle Flow Yoga is a gentler style of the Hatha Flow practice. It is slower paced with less intense poses. Focus is on combining breathing practice with poses. This allows the nervous system to calm, releases tension and restore balance to the body and mind. Practice is done in sequence using floor and standing poses. Props and modifications may be provided as needed.

About Maria: Maria is an educator and has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She is registered through the World Yoga Alliance and continues to upgrade her certification in order to provide the most up to date instruction. Maria leads Hatha Flow Yoga, Gentle Hatha Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga and Yoga Nidra classes. Her teaching style allows for modification of poses and classes as necessary to accommodate individual needs.

Crystal & Sound Bath Meditation

Crystal & Sound Bath Meditation is a relaxing session to bring balance and ease back into your energy field. During this workshop, Adriana may use sound promote relaxation and balance as well as a selection of crystals and stones.

Ayurveda & Yoga

Ayurveda & Yoga were always described together in the most ancient Hindu scriptures, the Vedas. These healing techniques bring guidance on the science of life, allowing us to live a life full of joy and gratitude. Both Ayurveda and Yoga are truly ancient holistic approaches to health that encompasses nourishing practices such as proper diet, daily routine, meditation, and exercise.

Fabíola @fabuloushealth_ is a healthy living enthusiast. She is certified in Holistic Nutrition with focus in Ayurveda, a Level II Reiki Certified, and a Registered International Yoga Teacher with more than 1000 hours of teaching/practicing. She teaches Hatha and Yin Yoga.

Her practice is based on restoring your natural balance using reiki, yoga and mindfulness in conjunction with the healing power of foods.
