As many of you know, I'm a proud mother of two young adult men, happily married for 33 years. My eldest, Santiago, ventured to BC six years ago, marking the beginning of my conscious journey into the realm of releasing my children from the nest. The process, guided by angels, was bittersweet. Though I missed him dearly, I recognized the importance of letting him soar and become the best version of himself.
Six years passed, and Santiago is thriving in BC. However, the path to embracing the term "empty nester" took a different turn as my youngest, Camilo, continued living at home while completing his studies. The joy of his regular presence was a comforting constant until this summer, when he swiftly decided to embark on a new life adventure. Leaving a stable job, he sought self-discovery and challenged himself to step out of his comfort zone.
This decision mirrored my experiences of leaping into the unknownâa journey fraught with uncertainties, fears, and tests of confidence. Witnessing my children courageously embrace such challenges fills me with admiration.
Now, the term "empty nester" becomes a more personal reality for me. The weeks following Camilo's departure were emotionally demanding. While happy for his new venture, my heart grappled with the shift. As a mom, the feeling of an empty nest is unique. Even though routines as a couple remained unchanged, the home felt different.Â
In sharing my journey, I emphasize the importance of granting ourselves permission to feel and grieve. While understanding the conscious reality of this life stage, acknowledging the emotional impact is crucial. It's not merely a chapter's end but a profound shift that deserves our attention and energy. My goal is to inspire others to close this chapter with self-compassion, knowing they've cared for their feelings and are ready to embrace the new.
P.S. Bach Flower Essences, particularly Walnut, Star of Bethlehem, Gentian, Elm, Wild Oat and White Chestnut, played a significant role in supporting me through this transformative period.Â
May this reflection resonate with those navigating the transition to an empty nest, and may we find solace and growth in every step of the journey. đ±đÂ

]]>Hence, the feelings of frustration matched with the lack of time can be very stressful. If we do not deal with the stress in a constructive way, you may end with strained muscles, impact your immune system, experiencing a physical symptom, emotional stress, to name some. Stress starts to accumulate around your energy field and you may start feeling more and more tired.
As I was feeling very overwhelmed with my long to do list, I started to search for ways and tools that could help me to cope with it in a healthier way. I red few books, and 2 of them resonated with me. I found them simpler to apply in my daily routine. One is the 5 AM Club by Robin Sharma and the other one is The 6 Habits of Growth by Brendon Burchard.
As I describe myself as an eclectic person, I love to apply and combine different modalities, tools and practices. What I also have noticed with my experience is that consistency is key. We tend to stop practising our daily routine when we feel better and we canât do that. The continuation of your daily routine even if the stress is not evident, is the key of your success. Being perseverant is very important to see the results and to continue with the peaceful feeling in your heart and mind.
Here are some of my daily practises every morning and evening. Please remember that what works for me, will not necessarily works for you, but you can try and find your own way to practise them.
Morning routine:
(Planning your week should be done Sunday or Monday morning, but I like to double check what I want to do each morning)
Evening:
It looks long, but it can be very easy with practice. It might be difficult at the beginning, but itâs worth it in the long term. It turns into a quick routine. There are days that you prefer taking more time journaling or exercising, it doesnât matter, you can be flexible with yourself. Remember to include in your routine whatever feels right for you at this time of your life. Respect your energy, your cycles and how your heart is guiding you.
Love and light,
AdrianaÂ
]]>You may have been tuned into your intuition and allowing other levels of consciousness to connect with you. Those can be Your higher self, Angels, Archangels or guides to name a few. Â You may not necessarily âhearâ those voices or short words with your physical ear. You know that what you listened to, other times you only know or you feel is like going with the gut feeling. All those âsignsâ are part of your intuition. Â No matter how you hear it, the main idea is that you are allowing your intuition to connect with those energies.
What is the definition of intuition?
It is âthe ability to understand something immediately, without the need for conscious reasoning.â Â We all have intuition but not many of us can tune into it or we refer to it as a gut feeling as the people, in general, will understand that better as if we are tuning into our intuition. That word opens the possibility to be judged and we try always to be away from the judgement of others đ
Some people have been connected with their intuition since they were little kids but for others, like myself, their intuition awakes due to a specific event or experience. The more we use our intuition, the better it becomes.
So, how would you know that those love and light beings are trying to speak to you?
The signs from our intuition always come from a place of love. It wonât say something to harm you or others and you can ask it for validation. Working with Oracle cards and Tarot Decks can be a great tool to validate what you are channelling is telling you.
Before starting with your connect process, I always recommend checking with a doctor that you are healthy. It is important to check this from time to time to know that your physical body is on track too.
Now, when you start the connection process with your intuition and allow yourself to connect with those energies, it is easy to doubt what you are feeling, seeing, thinking, or hearing. What you are experiencing in this process is guidance from the Spirit World. You need to start with baby steps and trust what they are telling us â donât be afraid of it.
For example, when you are driving and âsomethingâ is speaking to you to take a different route than the one always travelled. Do you ever follow that feeling and see where the different road will take you? Maybe it takes you 5-10 minutes off your original path, but your intuition is speaking to you in those types of moments when you least expect it.
In beginning, it is easy to not follow your intuition. It can be overwhelming and scary to enter into new âadventuresâ but not to worry, it gets better and you will soon fall in love with connecting to your intuition. đ„°
To help start the process, if you find you are getting a lot of messages in your heart and mind, instead of keeping all of them in your head, write them down in a journal. This practice can be therapeutic to get your mind clear so that you can think clearly again. This can also help you start to evaluate what your intuition is trying to tell you.
It is important to listen to your guides, the archangels or angels, and be willing to receive their guidance. They respect your free will and only when you call them, will they come.
This gift is not one everyone is prepared to activate but simply know that you can have a relationship with the guides the same way you have relationships with your earthly friends. You can ask for a favour, guidance, support or clarification. You speak the same language; you just need to connect with your heart and slow down your mind.
Go slow and enjoy the ride! đ»đ
Light & Love,
Adriana
]]>At home during my own spiritual practice, I find I combine all the healing specialties that I offer at Ananda. Sometimes I will only use Bach Flowers and Aura Soma, but unconsciously I always use essential oils â this is definitely my go-to. I like to begin my morning practice in addition to aromatherapy, I tap into my training from England and use Aura-Soma to complement it. These days, Iâm currently using: Equilibrium, Pomander and Quintessence Aura-Soma bottles to get my day started on the right foot.
Itâs important to remember that all modalities work in a very simple way. We donât need to get complicated with quantum physics and other explanations. We can keep it simple with these fantastic and useful modalities:
Reiki Energy Healing: helps balance the energy
Sacred Geometry with Crystals: organizes the energy and acts as an antenna that connects us
Flower essences (Bach Flowers): aides with our emotions when we need longer support for them
Aura-Soma: helps to expand and get into a good flow through our energy fieldÂ
On top of the modalities, I always use my intuition and connection with the Spirit world during any practice or service Iâm providing a client. Without the help of my guides, I would not be the practitioner I am today. They help guide me and my client and work energetically during our sessions. All of what I do at Ananda is meant to help you get your body, mind and spirit back into balance and truly connect with your soul and find peace.Â
Just like any big project, it can be a journey of ups and downs to get to the end. For example; when we look at taking on the task of organizing your closet. đ First, you put everything out on your bed, then you decide what you want to keep and want you to want to throw or giveaway. During this process, we can all agree that it can be overwhelming and frustrating at times. This could be because maybe we put it off too long and the mess got bigger and bigger. Life happens so this is totally acceptable, but we know that throughout the process of getting the closet back to balance, the struggle is temporary until youâve had the time to work through it.
The same happens when you embark on your healing journey! You may experience ups and downs through the process but that doesnât mean you are not moving forward with finding balance. You will get there, you just have to start.
Happy journey! And remember, if you need me, I am here to support you.
Love & Light,
Adriana
]]>Many people may get confused about the idea of this type of massage/technique. Some could think that this is a therapeutic massage done by someone who will do all the strokes, stretches and techniques to âtreatâ the physical body: ligaments, muscles, tissues and fascia. However, this massage is different.
This none traditional massage is a combination of different therapeutic techniques traditional and âalternativeâ such as Swedish massage techniques, lymphatic massage, acupressure, reflexology and aromatherapy.
The Ananda Session is a new service where I combine more than 20 years of experience and knowledge in different energy-based modalities. I love this offering as it is a mix of holistic techniques and practices such as Aroma-Massage and Reiki. Iâll use tools such as crystals, sacred geometry and essential oils custom to your needs at the time we meet and make the session as relaxing as possible for you. During this type of session, I will combine all my practices and customize the session depending on your needs.
As many of you know, I started my spiritual journey by learning how to do infant massage. I am a believer that touch is very important for the healthy development of a baby physically, emotionally and mentally and also for the adults. We experience touch from the very beginning, from being in the womb, and then through the delivery process as the baby is being âmassagedâ with the contractions. I used the massage technique with my own sons and knew this could also help others as well.
A couple of years after my infant massage training, I learnt how to do massage for adults. Again, not the traditional massage, but more of a holistic therapy that consciously goes deeper into the being. That type of therapy helps the client connect with the information that is stored in their cells. I saw the benefits of this type of massage while working with a multidisciplinary team supporting people with eating disorders and addictions and helping them connect with their bodies.
My practice back in Ecuador was based on massage, plus the other tools that I continue using. When we first moved to Canada 14 years ago, I wasnât offering this service at the time. Now I think it is important to re-introduce it to the community around me and help others the way I helped them before with what I know works well for the body as a whole.
Massage has been used for decades in many different cultures and they all have the same purpose: to balance or remove the energy blockages so that the energy can flow again and healing may occur. Blockages can be physical, emotional, mental level and or spiritual. The use of aromatherapy in this session adds the benefit of working with the energy of the essential oils and the healing properties that mother nature provides us through its plants.
Benefits:
As you can see, this session embodies all the levels of our being. It is healing art through which non-verbal communication is established through the skin that takes us beyond muscles and bones penetrating into the depths of our being.
SELF-AWARENESS, CONNECTING WITH YOUR SOUL, YOUR LIGHT, AND YOUR WISDOM!
~ Love and Light, Adriana
]]>Looking back on my life, itâs clear Iâve always been an entrepreneur. Back in Bogota, as a young girl, I used to sell lemonade with my sister in front of our condo, and in high school, instead of lemonade, I baked and sold brownies. When my oldest son was born, I became an infant event planner â and after that, I sold organic vegetables to restaurants and families.
Some of my other ventures include a spa, jewelry line, and an online flower shop. And of course, with each new adventure, there was training and certifications to complete.
But through all of those endeavours, my children were my priority. I sought out ventures that gave me some form of balance â the ability to be home with my kids but also allow me the time to manage bits and pieces of a career.
However, when I came to Canada, I felt it was time to find something more â so, I entered the corporate worldâŠwhich I actually found very rewarding. As a newcomer to Canada, I was welcomed by the people I worked with and I learned a lot. I had a steady income, good benefits, I worked with nice people, and I even loved commuting Downtown Toronto. I was happy and I thought I had everything I had ever wanted. And believe it or not â I even told my husband that I never wanted to own a business again. I LOVED being an employee.
Clearly, that mindset only lasted a few years. Because when entrepreneurship is in your blood, ignoring your passion to be creative just isnât an option.
This brings me here, to Ananda.
More than three years have passed since I made the jump from corporate Downtown Toronto to my little storefront at Bronte and Lakeshore in Oakville. I canât begin to express my gratitude to God, the Universe, my clients, my husband, my family, Mother Earth, my Angels, and all the love and light that has supported me over the years.
Every step that I took to get here, was all a part of the greater plan for Ananda. And this pandemic, while itâs had its ups and its downs, it has also been a part of my journey â a part of Anandaâs journey.
Entrepreneurship ebbs and flows. And I love that I can continue to share Ananda and my passions with all of you.
Thank you for being here for the ride and allowing me to continue calling as an entrepreneur.

]]>2020 was hard. There was uncertainty - no one knew much about âthe virusâ, and information was changing day by day. Then, there were the lockdowns. Not being able to hug or kiss my parents, keeping my distance from loved ones, and navigating changes as a small business owner was incredibly tough.
But there was also some good.
For me, 2020 turned out to be a year of opportunity. With more âfreeâ time, it became a year I could focus on myself and a year I could work through some changes at Ananda. As hard as it was, 2020 turned out to be a great year for me. I learned a lot â not only in my business but also in my personal life.
2021 on the other hand, has been more difficult. At the beginning of the year, I was more optimistic. I believed (or wanted to believe) that the virus was under control â as weâve learned, it wasnât.
When we locked down in January, I found it manageable. However, this recent lockdown has been way harder to navigate. First and foremost, Iâve had to acknowledge that my beautiful fur daughter is old and sick â so Iâve been spending more time with her before she leaves. Then, thereâs working from home â I miss my sanctuary at Ananda.
To be honest, this long lockdown has demotivated me. Sometimes anxiety and fear of the future of Ananda will creep up on me. Will I be able to float through this storm? At times, my doubt and my mind overtake my trust and faith and I'm unable to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I'm unable to see that I donât need to worry because my angels and the light that guides me are here â and they always bring a surprise when I least expect it.
One of those surprises has been YOU, my loyal clients that continue to support me and my dream during these difficult times. And I'm so excited to welcome you back to Ananda Wednesday, June 16, as the province begins to reopen.
While I'm able to see the light at the end of the tunnel and have hope once again, I really had to turn inward to and show myself grace.
I found support in the Bach Flowers, breathing, connecting with nature, exercise, spending time in the evening being grateful for the day, opening my energy to all my blessings, and receiving and guidance from my angels through the cards. I learned to be gentle with myself, to give myself more love, and to be flexible and go with the flow.
I also began a ritual every night before I go to bed. I start my diffuser with some drops of lavender oil. Then, I use a Rose Hydrosol to bring upon self-love. After I use one of my Pomanders to clear my energy and write a gratitude list in my journal for the day. I do a short meditation and some breathing exercises to finish off the routine. If Iâm feeling too tired, sometimes I skip the journal but I always give thanks in prayer and visualize the next morning â being happy, energized, and healthy.Â
When moments in life are hard, itâs easy to become consumed by those hard things. But if you create pockets of time to reflect on the good in your life â even if itâs something small, it can help lift your spirits for the days ahead.
I hope my experience can help in some way and guide you forward.
Love and light,
Adriana Â

]]>âThe pressure and stress of the last few months have had an effect on each of us. Whether you experienced frustration, fear, anxiety or even general uncertainty, clearing your energy is something we can all benefit from right now.â -Â Adriana Roa
The pressure and stress of the last few months have had an effect on each of us. Whether you experienced frustration, fear, anxiety or even general uncertainty, clearing your energy is something we can all benefit from right now. Some of the signs that you might need to clear your energy field include feeling tired and heavy, lacking the inspiration to get a task started despite setting your intention. you may start something and it goes in an undesirable direction. You could lose your patience or compassion for those around you; the little things start to get to you. Even if you donât notice these changes you can still benefit from this technique.
The aura or the energy field can become âcontaminatedâ by many sources. A few common ones are feelings about the past, low self-esteem, a certain place and even the synergy you have with others. This can include people you interact with daily, such as co-workers.
Now that we know a little bit more about what causes our energy to be cluttered, letâs get to some of the ways you can clear it up! Before you begin any of these techniques it is best to light a candle and breathe deeply a few times, becoming aware of your breath. You may also wish to invoke the energy of Archangel Michael to help you with the clearing. When youâre finished donât forget to thank your âteamâ!
Smudging with Sage and Palo Santo are just one of the many ways you can clear your energy field.
Now bring that energy back to your physical body. Visualize the energy coming through the roots, into the soles of your feet and continuing up through all your chakras, until you feel that your body is infused with the energy of mother Earth. Now visualize a radiant Sun above your head. Then observe a gold coloured rain coming down to your energy field, clearing it. Now that your aura is clear, the Sun fades away and you see violet flames moving upward starting from the soles of your feet. They move up all around you, now clearing the inside of your energy field. Those violet flames are transmuting and transforming the energy inside your energy field. When you feel that all is clear, take a deep breath and leave the visualization.Â
Please remember to give thanks to the method or guides that helped you with your cleanse.Â
After the energy clearing, you can place a crystal to each of your chakras for about 15 min with the intention of balancing your energy.Â
I hope this helps and wish you all inner joy. Please share your experiences; I would love to hear from you.Â
Love and light,
Adriana
In my family and as a Columbian, one of the more popular traditions we have is the Novena. I wonât get into the religious details, but Novena is a form of worship consisting of special prayers on nine successive days before Christmas Eve. These prayers are usually done in oneâs own home and you can invite family and friends over and pray together. We celebrate Christmas Eve and not Christmas Day. Gifts are brought to the children by Baby Jesus and not Santa Claus. He delivers the gifts under a Christmas tree or beside our childrenâs beds on Christmas Eve; when the kids wake up on Christmas Morning they find their gifts!!
New Yearâs Eve celebrations in many smaller Latin American communities often include the burning of an effigy named Año Viejo after midnight. Año Viejo is a marionette made of cardboard, paper, old clothes and fireworks! This effigy represents what you want to leave behind in the old year and brings you luck for tomorrow; it is set ablaze symbolizing new beginnings! My familyâs New Yearâs Eve tradition is close to my heart; before midnight we all wish each other âHappy New Yearâ and as the clock strikes twelve we eat 12 grapes â one for each month of the coming year â it brings us good luck!Â
When Iâm at home on New Yearâs Eve (December 31st) I like to welcome the New Year by:
Since the onset of Covid-19 and itâs unpredictability, this year has been particularly challenging, many of us are looking forward to itâs end. Rest assured that the energy of the planetary alignment is improving â so we should all start feeling some relief soon. According to astrologers the 2 weeks before December 21st are a great time to reflect on transformations and lessons learned in the past year. What have you changed? What changes do you feel good about? In order to close a chapter we must review and evaluate it. On Dec. 21st Jupiter and Saturn will be in conjunction; I see this as an opportunity to let go of old patterns and structures. It is a great time to welcome new beginnings and enjoy life from the eyes of a child. Children can jump into things with the faith and confidence that everything will be wondrous. Jumping into the unknown can be scary, but it is only by trying that we find the path that is right for us.Â
I want to thank ALL of you for your support during this last year! Without you, Ananda and I couldnât continue our mission to be supporting you in your personal journey.
I wish you all Happy Holidays and a Happy, healthy and prosperous New Year! Many blessings for the coming year 2021!!!

]]>The Reiki practitioner channels the energy of the Universe through their hands to deliver healing. By becoming the channeler, the Reiki practitioner doesnât exhaust their own energy, rather, it is enhanced while they are healing others. Although Reiki helps when one is sick, feeling off or unwell, it is also a powerful tool to prevent disease in the first place.Â
Reiki does not profess any religion and is not in contradiction with any medical practice, it does however, enrich and strengthen your spiritual beliefs and works in tandem with traditional and holistic medicine. Reiki works on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balancing your energy and health.Â
I took my first level of Reiki around 23 years ago. Around that time I had already begun my journey inward. On the first day of training the teacher asked us our reasons for being there and I answered: âBecause I want to help my familyâ. Her response was a kind smile that showed that she knew something more. Learning Reiki was an amazing experience; it was powerful and at times difficult, as the inner journey can often be. I learned so much about my emotions and found many that I had hidden inside. When I finished the training, I realized that I was there because I needed to heal myself and i had to do this before I could help anyone else. I learned that I cannot support anyone if Iâm not supporting myself first.Â
Since then, being a channel of healing energy and in service to others has changed my life. When I open myself to the âUniversal Energyâ I become a conduit of a beautiful life-force, unconditional love and vast wisdom that always brings itself where you need it most. This energy will balance all levels of your being (emotional, physical, mental, spiritual) and clear blockages by bringing to the surface what you need to balance now and what you are ready to heal. Reiki will dissolve layers of unresolved issues.
The experience may differ with each client, but in general you may feel a deep ârelaxationâ so much so that some fall asleep. Some may see colours, images, and may even feel transported to different places, feel very warm or hot, or feel lighter. Some are unable to describe it and they simply describe it as a feeling foreign to them. Any feeling that you may have is what is right for you at this moment. Language can be limited when describing experiences, it can also be the voice that leads to the stars. I hope your experience reading this entry guides you towards the stars, and inspires you to try Reiki yourself.Â
Let us all remember that we must take care of ourselves before taking care of others. This is not a sign of selfishness, for if you lack energy and health (emotional, mental and physical), you will not be able to help others to your best ability and you will drain yourself in the process. Let us feel love for the divine, for our being and others around us.Â
Sending you all Love, Light and Blessings,
Adriana
]]>âConnecting with your higher self gives you a feeling of balance, wholesomeness and serenity. Healing old wounds and peeling off past hurt is a big part of finding and maintaining this balance. â â Adriana Roa
The journey to Connecting With Your Soul is a life-long one which takes dedication and love. Although I have been in this journey for many years, I still need to work every day to connect with my soul. As we begin to feel more in touch with our higher self we feel compelled to go to the essence of things, back to the basics where we see and feel things more clearly. Although the path is one of beauty there will always be moments along the way where we feel disconnected. We need to remember that this too is okay and in moments like these we can practice self-acceptance.
ï»ż
Connecting with your higher self gives you a feeling of balance, wholesomeness and serenity. Healing old wounds and peeling off past hurt is a big part of finding and maintaining this balance.
One of the ways to maintaining this connection is to always be adaptable. Alleviating the everyday routine and alternating your practice is a great way to keep things fresh. Sometimes we need one thing and sometimes another, so itâs important to listen to ourselves.
My day always starts with a smile and immense gratitude for all I have been blessed with. I use the Equilibrium bottle from Aura Soma, and some of the Pomanders on my body. Depending on how I feel I may prepare a suitable Bach Flower Remedy blend that I will take until I finish the bottle or pull up a tarot card as the message for the day. At times I also allow myself to do nothing and just feel the peace. One of my favourite times of the day is when I take my lovely chocolate lab, Cocoa for a walk on the beautiful trails in Oakville. This is the moment when I say good morning to all of the Love and Light Beings. I open my energy field to welcome them every morning. I thank them, ask them for guidance, to connect with my light and also offer my day to the service of healing.
In the evening I spend time in my garden meditating on the day and connecting with Mother Earth again and before I go to sleep. After that I close my energy field and shrink my chakras so I can rest and sleep well.
All these are things I can do by myself, for myself, however I am also thankful for the support of other practitioners and healers. I have used reiki, osteopathy, acupuncture, astrology, homeopathy, family constellations, reflexology, âtherapeuticâ tarot among others.
I help my customers connect with their soul by supporting their healing process with the services and goods that I offer. Through my healing sessions my purpose is to be a channel of energy. Through my hands I can guide you towards the healing you need at the moment.
All of us are in different stages of connecting with our souls; sharing our experiences together and exchanging ideas is a powerful way to support each other in this beautiful and mysterious journey. I wholeheartedly welcome you to get in touch with me if you have any questions or if you need some support and guidance. Feel free to reach out to me through Facebook or Instagram or email me here.
Shine and feel the bliss!

]]>âMy first experience with crystal healing was using an egg shaped Malachite to break my sonâs fever and clear his aura. With this my crystal collection began, the egg shaped Malachite becoming part of my first aid kit.â â Adriana Roa
Crystals and stones have been an essential part of my path to awakening since the beginning. My mom loved crystals and she started her collection when my children were very young. I remember admiring her pieces, and sometimes she would give me the ones I felt a great connection to. My first experience with crystal healing was using an egg shaped Malachite to break my sonâs fever and clear his aura. With this my crystal collection began, the egg shaped Malachite becoming part of my first aid kit.
Including stones and crystals into your daily life is an easy and effective way to keep your energy balanced. You can use them in your home as a decorative ornament of course, but adding your intention to them is much more powerful. Iâll explain what I mean and share with you how I incorporate crystals into my daily life. I have one Amethyst cluster at the entrance of my home with the intention to transmute the energy of the people coming into the house and at the same time protect us. Amethyst is a very protective stone! I have some clear quartz clusters in my living and family room. Those are there with the intention of absorbing any unwanted energy and to balance the energy of those rooms. Any time you have a doubt about which crystal to use in healing, use clear quartz, as it is the âmasterâ healer.Â
At my altar I have a collection of different crystals, which I change according to how I am being guided. For example, I have an Angelite stone and a Celestite cluster with the intention to help me connect with the Archangel and Angel, to open my intuition.Â
I always keep a chakra set at home for healing. When balancing all of my chakras I lie down and place a crystal on each chakra for 12-15 minutes or even longer. When I feel that I need to work on one specific chakra I use the crystals separately on that corresponding chakra. I also have a Selenite wang that I use on myself or my family to relieve pain as well as to clear the energy.Â
During the day I also like to keep tumbled crystals with me. Every morning I look at my tumbled crystals collection and intuitively pick the ones that I need. I am familiar with the energy of the crystals and keep 3 or more with me daily, however if this practice is new to you, I recommend that you start with one or two and see how you feel.Â
There are many crystal options for your chakra set and this is an essential selection:
I hope this brief description of how I connect with my crystals inspires you to try incorporating it in your healing path. Remember to have an intention when you use them and to go with your intuition! Feel free to email me with any questions that I have not covered above and Iâll be happy to help and discuss.Â
I also integrate crystals during my healing sessions and that is a great way to experience their power. You can check the kinds of healing that I offer here and you can book an appointment online or by phone.Â
Love and Light,
Adriana
